The Dolphin group of companies (“Group”), founded in 1992, is currently operating in the palm oil milling machineries sector. The Group serves the growing demand for process integration and automation solutions and services, and seeks to enhance productivity, safety and efficiency in palm oil mills. The product offerings of the Group include milling systems and software as well as the supply of parts and maintenance services. The Group also has the ability to undertake the provision of turnkey and mechanical and electrical solutions.

Kamaruddin Bin Osman is our Independent Non-Executive Chairperson and was appointed to the Board on 28th May 2014. He has more than 40 years of experience in corporate management and operations in both the private and public sectors, of which 20 years were in the palm oil industry. He previously held directorships at two palm oil related companies and was a committee member of the Palm Oil Millers Association of Malaysia.

Dr Abdul Azis Bin Ariffin is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to the Board on 28th May 2014. An experienced individual in the palm oil industry, he was previously an Associate Professor with Universiti Putra Malaysia, focusing on Food Act Regulations, Food Manufacturing, Chemistry and Technology of Oils and Fats up till December 2014 and Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, focusing on research in the milling activities in the palm oil industry up till 2016. He was previously with Sime Darby Plantations as a Senior Manager in its Refinery Division. Dr. Azis has carried out R&D on sterilisation, energy distributions and the chemistry of oil and non-oil components affected by the properties of steam. Throughout his career, he has visited over 150 palm oil mills to solve milling process efficiency problems, on issues such as energy availability, production or wastage, and steam distribution and configuration.

Lee Yow Fui is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to the Board on 28th May 2014. Mr. Lee has 21 years of experience in accounting and finance. He started his career at Moores Rowland and Deloitte and Touche in various audit functions and further advanced his career in several SMEs as a Finance and Administration Manager. He has been a Partner at Y.F. Lee & Associates since 2002, providing audit and taxation services as well as assisting businesses develop accounting systems and accounting internal controls.

Low Teck Yin is our Group Managing Director and co-founder. He was appointed to the Board on 14th May 2012. Since establishing Dolphin Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1992, he has played an instrumental role in charting the group’s growth both domestically and internationally. He is responsible for Group operations, quality control as well as product development efforts. Mr. Low continues to drive the vision of our Group to be the premier provider of sustainable solutions in the global palm oil milling sector. He drives the overall business direction and strategies of our Group.

Hoh Yeong Cherng is our Group Executive Director, Palm Oil Mill business segment and co-founder. He was appointed to the Board on 14th May 2012. Mr. Hoh has over 32 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer relationship management. Since the inception of our Group, Mr. Hoh has been responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of our Group, in addition to the operations of the special projects division and business development activities.

Khor Han Leong is our Executive Director. He was appointed to the Board on 8th June 2018. He is responsible for Construction business operations. Mr Khor has 15 years of experience in construction business. He started his construction career after he took over his family business in year 2003. He has completed few projects namely Sungai Petani General Hospitals, Buidling 7 schools within Kedah State, Kulim High Tech Residential The Loaf and Kulim High Tech Park Infrastructure and Bomba Station at Yan Kedah.
