HCK Capital Group Bhd was originally listed on Bursa Malaysia on 21 August 2000. Its main businesses then were industrial engineering and trading of rubber related products.
After the name change in mid 2014, the company became a diversified group with its main focus on property development and K12 education. It also has investments in technology, media, F&B and private equity.
In the property sector, it has created a niche building education cities across the country. The Group also runs international schools and private national schools.

The Enlarged Group

The enlarged HCK Group comprises the listed HCK Capital Group Bhd and the unlisted HCK Group of Companies, which include the private vehicles of the HCK Group's Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Clement Hii. He founded the original HCK Group as an investment vehicle for equities and other assets.
